• Use outputs to train competing AI models without authorization

8. Indemnification for AI-Related Claims

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Actions taken by the AI cannot always be undone
• You are solely responsible for maintaining complete backups of your website, database, and all content before using the Service
• We strongly recommend using a staging environment for testing before applying changes to production sites
• We are not liable for any damage, data loss, corruption, downtime, lost revenue, or other issues resulting from automated actions, regardless of whether such actions were requested by you or initiated by the AI
