1571563 B.C. LTD., which operates the Miles service at bymiles.ai, uses the providers below. These providers process data only for the purposes described here and under our agreements with them.
Unless otherwise noted, the processing described on this page occurs in the United States. Where required, international transfers are covered by the applicable provider agreement and data-transfer safeguards.

Google and GitHub sign-in are optional, user-initiated ways to access Miles. The selected provider authenticates the user and returns basic account information so Miles can establish or access the account. Google and GitHub act under their own terms for these sign-in interactions rather than as Miles subprocessors.
Langfuse is hosted by 1571563 B.C. LTD. on our own infrastructure and is not a third-party subprocessor. We use it to observe and improve AI requests and service reliability. It may contain conversation content, account identifiers, tool activity, and technical diagnostic data.
We may update this list when providers or processing activities change. Where required by applicable law or a written data processing agreement, we will provide advance notice of a material new subprocessor and an opportunity to object as provided by that agreement.
